Don’t understand why my 15% off code didn’t work while purchasing my first item, which was the uh huh honey palette. Hopefully my next purchase will let me take the percentage off. But I will enjoy the uh huh honey palette👏🏾😁

I absolutely love colourpop however there have been some issues. I tried to order makeup with my card, the order was confirmed but then it was canceled. I tried again and same thing. I emailed colourpop and they said that it got flagged due to a high fraud risk. I asked them what could be done so i could recieve my order and i never heard back. I tried to use my bfs card and the same thing happened twice. I would really like to know what needs to be done so i may recieve my order instead of being ignored. I really wish there was a customer service number i could call so this issue could be resolved.

I love the product, Safiya's lipsticks are GREAT. I would give a 5 star rating, except for the fact that the package arrived a bit damaged. I've never received a package that was open upon arrival. Thankfully it didn't appear that the product itself inside was tampered with.

I was disappointed that I could not use my 15% off coupon.

I hope you can switch between Chinese and English on your official website. Our Chinese girls like your brand very much.

Order came with face wash open and all over everything. I had cleaned it up because I didn’t want the mess and wasn’t aware of the photographic proof was needed to exchange or return. I respond to colourpop asking a specific question and got back a canned answer that did not help and only repeated their previous email.

It was unfortunate that I could not use my coupon for my purchase. It was not specified on my coupon nor on the website; thus, I had a few complications with navigating the website and check out. The products are phenomenal, yet I wish transparency was clear and direct.
