I placed an order for 4 palettes. 3/4 had scratches all over the covers, 2 of which appeared used and 2/4 arrived with broken shadows. They only replaced the broken ones and took days to weeks to help me. They refused to replace or refund the other USED palettes.

We are still waiting on the Armor pallet that never came with our original order. I have already sent an email about it and received no acknowledgement from anyone. This is from January 2021. Please don't make me be a Karen on social media to get this resolved. I hate that.

I placed an order and did not receive it. It was returned to sender, but I still have not received a refund. I've reached out to Colourpop THREE TIMES now and still not received any response from customer service. This has been a horrible experience but I would still consider purchasing from Colourpop if and only if they issue me a refund.

The colors were beautiful. I had to reach out to you guys because the first order had a broken color. You guys sent me another one and the exact same color fell out. I will not be ordering anymore.

The product is good however this is my first purchase with colorpop I was given a welcome code that I could not use I’ve emailed several times to see if anything can be done and no one is willing to help. I purchased the entire Sailor Moon collection by later find out the next day there’s a price difference from when I purchase it of $25-$30 that is a massive difference!!!! I was treated as a returning customer when this was my first purchase and I was hoping that someone would be able to either assist me with it but I was told I was confused about the promotion and how things cannot be applied etc. product is great but customer service really needs work
