I never received my purchase

I never received my purchase and I have tried several times to reach out and have received no response.

I have emailed Colourpop about a replacement for a broken palette I received, picture included, & I have yet to hear anything back. I love the products but I am not happy with the costumer service.

I recently ordered several lip products. One of them was a lipstick that didn't raise when turned. I emailed them 2 times before I got a response and then the response was to send them pictures of the damage. I restated there was no visible damage and waited a few more days for a response that again asked for pictures. I have gone ahead and send the pointless pictures and will now wait again for the next ridiculus email. I'M NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THEIR SERVICE AND WILL NOT BE PURCHASING FROM THEM AGAIN! They also don't offer any way of contacting them except for email and their response time is unacceptively slow!

I purchased six eyeshadow pallets and an eyeshadow brush. One of the pallets was broken. I emailed Colourpop two times to see what they could do to replace the broken pallet and it has be approximately 5 weeks and I have not received a response. Eyeshadow has major fall out and does not stay on my eyelids. Colourpop needs better customer support and a better product.

Colourpop scammed me recently I placed an order on February 3rd for 5 of there Valentine’s love me not bundles and a bunch of other items over 600 worth of products from them for them to send me shipping that never updated and for Dhl e-commerce and usps to say they never received any items from Colourpop for me and when I email Colourpop which has been multiple times all documented they keep sending me back the same damn response I either want my money or the products I paid for period!!! The BBB AND MY FINANCIAL INSTITUTION have been contacted !!!

Lasst lieber die Finger davon. Wenn mit eurer Bestellung etwas nicht stimmt, wird es so gut wie unmöglich, von Colourpop eine Antwort zu bekommen und entschädigt zu werden. Nie wieder!

Terrible customer service. I never received my packages and customer service never responded to any of my emails. I emailed months ago and no response.
