I wanted to create my own 24 eyeshadow palette, however, unfortunately, I was not able to because there were "too many units in my cart". It was a total of 25 items in my cart including the shadows and the empty palette, but when I went to checkout it was trying to get me to remove items. I emailed customer service and their answer was that "Unfortunately, our shipping system cannot support orders with more than 20 unique SKUs to the UK, Canada, and Mexico". So that was frustrating. I ended up having to create 2, 12 pan palettes.

I couldn’t use the 15% off for first timer online shopper and it didn’t let me use any coupon code. Disappointing.

I subscribed to the newsletter to get a 15% off my purchase, however, the promo code was not valid when I tried to use it. This was very disappointing and misleading. Also, I ordered a Disney princess limited edition kit, but the corners of the box were damaged and the eye shadow was in pieces, which is bad as it was bought to give to a friend as a gift. Anyhow, the product in itself is nice, but my purchasing experience was disappointing.

I really want to love Colourpop because of pricing but my experience with shipping really makes me not want to order. Though I am excited about some releases when I order I know it’ll be along time before I get it so I wait and just hope that it’s still in stock when The initial frenzy dies down. The problem is there is always something new that is coming out and it makes it hard to want to order because I want to see what else they come out with before I make a haul. Sometimes I won’t order at all because I know it’ll take forever.

I put my email in for 15% off of my first purchase of $20 or more and the code didn't work. My purchase was $50 but my code just kept saying I didn't have the correct items in more cart for the coupon. I did not remember seeing it had to be off of certain products.

By the time I receive the package I have usually forgotten what I purchased(around 2 weeks). That being said, it’s usually a nice surprise because the products are very good quality for the price. My favorites are the ultra blotted lip, eyeshadow palettes, and lip crayons. They end up being worth the wait.

Website is a little annoying to navigate. No option to view all discounted items. When attempting to view sundles and sets it just showed me palettes.

ColourPop has THE best eyeshadows! That being said, their customer service sucks. Make sure to check out the items you ordered AS SOON AS YOU GET THEM! I ordered one of their creme gel eyeliner pens and it broke (or was already broken and not only in one place) the first time I used it which was a few weeks after my order. I emailed customer service and my issue was dismissed immediately because it had been longer than two weeks. I was not aware of their two week policy. Had my eyeliner not broke (or been broken), I would have no complaints about the ColourPop products I've tried so far.
