I made a purchase online but never got a tracking number for it?...... also it took me almost a year just to get access to the eye shadow pallet link on their website. I hope their product is worth it!

When you first get on the website it says that by putting your email for the newsletter you can get 15% off the first purchase and I never received it. Which is a bummer because even though they look like a inexpensive brand, they charge you taxes and high delivery fees. For a palette of 12$ I ended up paying about 20$.

At this point I have not received my products so I am unable to review product directly. As for website shopping experience - it was fine. Nothing noteworthy. Website was easy to use and order went through smoothly.

The products look amazing and I'm so excited to get mine in the mail. Unfortunately, I was sent to different coupons by the company themselves (one for 15% off and another for a free eyeshadow), which I found out during checkout that I was unable to use either one. I don't know if I'm going to buy anything from them because of that. What's the use of sending a brand new customer two coupons in order to get them to buy your product and then tell them that they can't use them. So much for customer satisfaction.

I’d like to see more swatches of products as well as possible looks / ideas with products. Also when swatches are posted it’s hard to zoom in to see them from smart phones - the page shifts to the next one instead of zooming in. It would be nice if you had a loyalty program or coupons for future purchases since you come out with palettes so regularly. The palettes are affordable - but with the frequency of new releases and minimums for shipping it can get expensive.

products lack consistency. one gel liner glides smoothly, the other brings tears to my eyes it's so rough on my upper lids. same goes for pp and sss. while some are perfect consistency, others are hard and dry, with little pigment

So I’m starting off with 3 stars just because I was not able to use my exclusive 15% off signing up with my email for the newsletter. That’s pretty deceiving bc when I originally signed up I didn’t have money to purchase and now that I do my code has expired but it’s still my first tome shopping with this site. So that put a sour taste in my mouth, hopefully the products will change my mind. Will keep you updated with another review.
