Do not recommend purchasing from them. You have to jump thru hoops to try and resolve an issue and the shipping takes forever. Order took over a month to receive and was missing an item. Have never received item or refund. Beware DO NOT PURCHASE from them.

Product received broken. Reached out follow directions never any follow up from Colourpop. Good quality products but poor customer service. Wouldn’t order from them again.

Placed an order on January 21st and it never arrived. Contacted customer service and they said they would send out a replacement but I haven't received that either. Very disappointed 😔

I ordered on February 1st and still have not gotten my package. I've emailed customer support 3 times and have not gotten an answer back. Some sort of communication would be appreciated.

I would give zero stars if I could. I tried placing an order several times and my card kept getting denied. When I contacted customer service I was informed my account was flagged for high risk fraud and that my orders couldn't be accepted/fulfilled. They wouldn't explain why. Their products are ok at best, but cheap that's why I've purchased from them in the past. Now, I can't order from them anymore so I will take my business and money elsewhere.

Received damaged product. Contacted customer support no response!!! Highly dissatisfied and will no longer be a ColourPop consumer unless this is rectified immediately. Product is completely useless. Makes me very sad as it was one of my most desired items.
