Excellent products but website is flawed. Every time I went to enter my email to sign up for the newsletter or try to refer a friend for the 20% discount, I received no emails, was given no discount, and the website would often not process that anything was happening.

It was my first time shopping with this company and I loved the Disney collection! I signed up for the email program, but I did not receive 15% off of my purchase. I had gotten 2 separate codes to type in for checkout and neither of them were being accepted. I still made my purchase though, but I did NOT get my 15% off discount for it.

i was very excited to get some products. site is easy to use and there are wonderful options. however i had to make two separate orders because i can't "ship more than 20 items" to canada which is dumb. especially because i wanted a build your own makeup palette with 24 eyeshadow, it's ridiculous that you offer that but don't notify that i can't purchase it before i put all the work into finding all the shades i want. i also had to pay more than i would've if i did it in one order.

One of my palettes was missing a shade, other than that i guess the experience was decent.

Frist is the special discount code problem, when I register my email to get the new account of 15%off, and after I put all the stuff into my cart, the system came out the disount is not available...But when I continue to the last payment step, I suddenly found that the code was still work. So I guess this code only need to added when I go to the payment. And the maximum stuff I could add to my cart is 10 pcs, but the customized 4eyeshadow+2blush palette，shouldn't it count as a commodity？Why came 6 pcs?

I signed up for the newsletter and never got my 15% off so I had to make my purchase without it.

Love the Colourpop shimmering dry oil line and was excited to see a special bundle featuring 2 minis and a brush for $28. There was no button to click on for the bundled deal. I put the two mini's in my cart and the brush didn't appear. It wasn't obvioius to me how to get the brush, so I just left it out, which was a bummer. Other than that, this is my third re-purchase of the shimmering dry oil, so obviously I'm a big fan. It's really pretty, no oily residue, and just the right amount of sparkle on the skin.

I Wish you guys had better swatches that were true to the actual colour of the products. Ive never received a product that looked like any pictures you have on your website. I have to do a lot of off site research to find colours that i actually want. Otherwise great product for great prices. Keep up the good work.
