Every Palette comes broken or cracked or with marks and they never get back to you after submitting tickets to their customer service.

My daughter purchased some make up (end of Nov) and the delivery was left at another house so basically went missing. Wrong door, etc, so not our house. She has tried since then to get a refund and their customer service is absolute rubbish. It should not happen. You send an email and its about 4-5 days before they respond. She's learnt her lesson her now Just give her a refund and stop pissing about. it's been 3 months. She now tells me they don't issue refunds and will be sending her another order. She will not use Colourpop again. 0/10

I made an order in December, never arrived. Tracking isn’t working either. Tried to contact colourpop four times but they either ignored or DIDNT see it. Would not shop there again since I can’t even get a refund.

I've been ordering from Colourpop since it became a brand and they have always been great with their customer service, and delivery, but my last order that I placed, I experienced the worst customer service, and waiting almost 3 weeks for an order. I understand the pandemic, but you guys have new releases almost daily, so that excuse shouldn't be used for the order/shipping delays. It just made me not want to order from your website anymore, and if I really want something, I just hope it gets released at Ulta..... Very disappointed.

3 items were missing from my order which arrived a month ago. 2 complaints have been filed since then and there hasn’t been a response from ColourPop. Very disappointed

My item was damaged. Colourpop does not have a customer service phone number. Instead, you have to fill out an online form and upload photos of the damaged item. No problem, I was able to do that. TWICE. It has now been approximately 45 days and there has been zero response from the company. I simply want a replacement.

One of the palettes arrived damaged. When I reached out to customer service about it, I never heard back. My experience with Colourpop has not been good in general and this was the last time I will be ordering from Colourpop.
