OK so twice in a row right after I make a big purchase they send me an email with a large discount coupon! I never end up getting to use them; it's like a tease.

I would have really liked a gift option so the person getting the makeup didn’t see the price on it for her birthday. Also I signed up for the 15 percent off but the code wouldn’t work on my 22$ pallet with the shipping of 5.99$ found that super misleading and unfair it didn’t work on my first order.

It's not convenient.too much bug of the web

I like colourpop’s lip and some facial products. However, colourpop very rarely offers promotions to make their products a little more affordable and appeal to the crowd. The foundation I get is $12 and the shipping is $6, making it hard for me to purchase given that the shipping is 1/3 of the price. I very rarely buy from colourpop because $6 shipping is a lot when I only need to order one or two things. Most other online stores offer promotions (even small ones) much more frequently, making them more ideal to buy from more often. Colourpop would do a lot better if they offered a few more promotions here and there throughout the year (like maybe occasional free shipping?). Just a thought from an avid online shopper.

This review is concerning the ordering and promo code processes within ColourPop. My daughter has been talking about this website so I wanted to order items for Christmas. The promo codes are worthless. According to my order, a promo code was applied to my order but no monies were taken off. Reading the super fine, hard to find, very vague small print, most items are excluded. Also, I didn’t get to double check my order before it went through. And you’re SOL when that happens. No returns. No cancellations. Very unhappy with this company.

The product I bought was great, it arrived in pristine packaging. The one problem I have is that it took and extra 2 weeks to get to me.

Their products are great but their shipping’s a headache. It takes then 2 weeks to ship sometimes. One time, I had to send out a reminder why my stuff hasn’t been shipped out yet and that’s the only time they sent my stuff.

They sent me a voucher code - which didn’t work. Voucher was for 15% when spending $20 or more and I spent $26 - and the voucher ‘couldn’t be used with the items in my cart’. Read the terms and conditions of the voucher - and not reason I couldn’t use it. They send fake codes. However I do like the products - good price.
