Item never arrived. It was lost somewhere in transit. I was given the run around on a replacement or refund. I had to get a refund through PayPal.

I have emailed colourpop like crazy and I haven’t heard back from them. I am missing a pallet I purchased last month ago.

I wanted to give 3stars Since there were no damage with the products and package How ever one product was missing I contacted them with proof, still they told me that my bank detail is not the same as the bank that I use to purchased it (which it is the same since I have only one card) So , I still not getting my money back

I wait over a month for my package and all I got from Colourpop was a 5% discount for a future purchase made before March 8 2021. I should have gotten a gift card to be used whenever I felt like it. It doesn’t make sense for me to make another order only a few days after receiving my 35 day late package.

Quality is very bad.

I placed an order for a gift for my daughter. We waited to weeks to receive it and when we did it was someone else’s order. I sent a message to customer service as there is no phone number to call and at first I received a response but after I sent the necessary pictures etc I never heard back. So now I am stuck with product I didn’t order and don’t have the gift that I wanted to give my daughter.

Incredibly slow shipping, terrible products, bad return policy. I should have known anyone who says “our product is so cheap we don’t do returns” was a bad choice! While the glitter seems fine, I hated the serum and spray set I got. I work in beauty and was curious for the Turmeric option, as well as the Blue Light serum. All 4 of the skincare products I got are kinda gross. They make my skin crawl and itch, or break out! Why does a toner have sparkle in it? Clearly just so poorly made. I ended up throwing it all out I was so disappointed.
