The products are very high quality
The products are very high quality, but the package came damaged. 3 refills completely fell out of the pallet. I realized that the shadows are very persistent because I couldn't wash them off the table.

Affordable and vegan
I have been using the colourpop foundation gor several years. I’m happy to get cruelty-free, vegan products at a reasonable price. I was told about this company by my then teenage daughter. As an older woman I admittedly don’t find a whole lot of makeup items on their website that I can use, but I appreciate the quality of what I do get.

The formulas are really nice
The formulas are really nice. Almost all the colors were a bit too pink for me (preference!!) but that is just my coloring. My mom is thoroughly enjoying them. I found the lip products to have a strange smell to them not bad just strange. Definitely will try other products.

Les produits sont de bonne qualité, se travaillent bien et facilement et sont très variés. J'ai testé palette, Jelly much shadow, super shock shadow et un eyeliner feutre. Je suis contente de ces articles. En revanche, je pense que ça ne vaut pas la peine de payer des frais de ports et de douane monstrueux quand on est en France. Morphe fait aussi bien voir mieux pour moins cher, Beauty Bay aussi. Vachement déçue de ce côté là, on aimerait tellement que Colourpop se vende sur Beauty Bay par exemple ! Ce serait beaucoup plus simple de bénéficier de la qualité de la marque sans payer des sommes astronomiques et perso je pourrai acheter plus souvent ! Car clairement j'ai fais une commande mais je n'en referai pas, le bénéfice prix / article n'est plus présent quand on fait exporter. En résumé c'est une bonne expérience pour une bonne marque mais tant que ce ne sera pas plus accessible ce sera mort pour moi, ça ne vaut pas la peine.

Love the palettes with the color stories. I know the color payoff will be consistent. Customer service is amazing.
