I ordered a mystery box. The value of the box is definitely NOT the problem...plenty of items. The issue is that it was a box marketed for Halloween, spooky was in the description, and we get cute little Bambi items, and I only really count the Hocus Pocus palette as Halloween themed, and even that only because of the artwork. I don't really think the palette was Hocus-pocusy enough. If you are going to have themes, the products should stick to the theme. If I wanted little Bambi items in boring neutrals I would order the Spring box or something, not Halloween.

Half of my order is practically missing in the mail. I asked if they can help track it down and they said I have to contact the carrier. No offer of a partial refund or even store credit. It’s ridiculous. At this point, even though I like the colourpop brand products, I don’t want to buy their products to support their poor customer support. But hey, maybe I will get lucky and my product will show up a few years later update: after contacting them again, i got ahold of a different person who was able to offer a refund/credit. faith in the company restored

International shipping to Hong Kong takes a long time. Free international shipping offer does not include Hong Kong, but you keep on sending email to me for promotion！Makes me so frustrated. Popular items sold out very quickly, but do not restock, sometimes very disappointing

Colourpop has great formulas, truly wonderful quality of the formulas and that’s why I keep buying from them BUT and this is a huge BUT, everything falls out of its container!! I’ve bought 3 palettes where the eyeshadows have fallen out, 2 lipsticks that fell out, a super shock blush, a lip pencil, and a blush stix! All while trying to use them! Definitely not buying anymore of their eyeshadow palettes, they were all trash within the week of getting them.

Last package was great, still have not recieved current package two months after order - and inquiry 2 weeks ago. Products are great, international shipping is iffy.

Don't really enjoy the products. They don't blend well and/ or are not pigmented. Also shipping is very expensive unless you buy a lot.

Thanks for the customer service, but I think someone forgot to send my package on August.
