Selling old products, so they came damaged

Had a problem and wanted to return my order and you simply dont accept returns, wich is absurd

The products I ordered from the on line photos were NOTHING like what I received. I thought I was buying pretty gold shadows and a palette with golds and a chocolate brown. I received orange eyeshadows which I threw away.

It's taking so long to arrive it. The company that should be handling my package is Brazil seems to forgotten it.

The order came in a brown envelope, not the usual lovely box, it looked as if it was thrown into the bag as if my cosmetics were trash. I will not be ordering again.Very disappointing.

I ordered two the Mystery Eye Shadow Palettes bundles, and was very disappointed that the bundles were the exact same. If I had known that they would repeat palettes I would not have ordered more than one. I wish it was stated in the description that duplicates were possible if ordering more than one bundle at a time. Many other customers had the same issue.

Scam I did not order this product, it was shipped to me so they could do a fake review.
