I generally like your products and your customer service is great. I appreciate the care put into packages however, it seems a bit wasteful to have so much plastic packing material and the cards you send out have additional plastic around them that are very unnecessary. I suggest finding a more environmentally friendly packing material or just figure out a better method of packaging products without damage. I also feel you're producing new launches way too quickly. People cant keep up. Its overwhelming for the casual makeup user.

My go to eyeshadow

Love the variety of products and quality, and fast shipping

Good makeup but not that long-lasting. Foundation: The shipping was very fast, however, the color that on the website is a little different from the real product. Also, I would wish that it could last longer and would provide a little bit of more coverage. Eyeshadow: I loveee the eyeshadows the colors are so pretty Eyeliner: The eyeliner is easy and nice to use, however, when it gets a little warm, it transfers to the lids or my eyes.

ColourPop has continued to be one of the most trustworthy brands on the market. The eyeshadows are amazing and the highlighter is quickly becoming one of my favorite subtle highlights. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 and not a 5 is because I don't like the smell on the lip tints. Luckily, it dissipates quickly or I wouldn't be able to use it at all.

I loved absolutely (almost) everything! I had high expectations and they were certainly met. I specially loved the eyeshadow pallets and the lip tints!! However, I was extremely disappointed with the white gel liners! They were one of the things I was most excited for (which is why I ordered two) but I couldn’t believe when I went on and tried it how dry, chunky and patchy it was. It’s not even that pigmented either. I was so surprised because Colourpop and bad products don’t usually go in the same sentence, but they do with this! I’m not angry because they were super cheap and I made them sorta work by mixing them with some face oil (which also makes it even less pigmented) so I can still use them, but I think there needs major improvement to be done on those. Your liquid liners are a dream! Make the gel ones great too!! Still, I really love and respect your brand and will buy more products in the future!
