I built my own palette. It was confusing and exhausting cause once I placed it in the shopping bag, I was not able to change eyeshadows even tho one sold out while I was ordering. So I had to redo the entire palette again.

My orders has been missing product already 3 times. Everytime Colourpop has told they give discount code or refund product price only. I don’t live in US, for me that means i have paid taxes for those missing products and if i would order them again i should pay either shipping or order over 50$ (for free shipping) and pay taxes again. Normally companies send missing products to customer. It feels like Colourpop does not care for their customers. Sad cause i really love products! Amazing quality and adorable packages.

Quick shipping to Australia. Colours were not quite as they look online, some varying quite a bit which was disappointing. Application of eyeshadows is OK, but not great. Good for the price though.

i entered the wrong shipping address & emailed almost immediately after ordering but they shipped my order to the wrong email still.

My order came earlier than expected, which I was excited about. However when I opened the bag not one of the things I ordered was packaged correctly. Everything was open.

Only went on to colourpop to get stuff for the girlfriend. The website is very user friendly and great service overall so far but I'm quite gutted about being charged an extra £5 over the total amount which amounted to £125 odd so it bumped it to £130 ish I guess because its all done in dollars the conversion rates are off I don't know but that's the only thing I'm annoyed about if this was resolved I'd bump to five stars but I very much doubt it will be so I'll just pay to keep the girlfriend happy

Used build your own palette tool which was quite enjoyable because for once I could get only the colors I will actually use. One suggested improvement would be as follows. Allow customer to drag and drop the selected colors around the palette to arrange colors in desired layout. Was tough trying to place 16 colors in the order I wanted by having to click on them in the exact right order What annoyed me was that when I tried to used my 15% off offer, the price of the palette jumped to double the original price. The original price of the palette ($45), was not listed as a special offer so why double the price when your customer uses a coupon? I do a ton of online shopping and I have never experienced this before. I actually thought there was a glitch in my cart when I saw the price change so drastically. Hoping that the actual product is good.
