It was easy enough to order. I ordered this stuff for my daughter. I tried to use the new costumer discount but for some reason It would not work. So I am definitely bummed about that. Being a single mom every discount counts. But other than that so far I am pleased. Hopefully delivery is good as well as the product.

If providing free international delivery , please change your postal service from USPS or provide an option where users can pay for DHL services at a premium . USPS always lose packages !

I was a bit disappointed I was ordering to Canada and there was a 20 item limit on cart items, so I had to remove a few things that I really wanted to purchase. they were just eyeshadow pans so it couldn't be a weight issue. I also signed up for the newsletter but never got my 10% off code. :/

It wouldn’t let me use my discount code for my purchase. For the sol body it’s really difficult to find the one I wanted.

I wanted to order more than one and it would only let me order one! So many colors to choose from! I couldn't order the bigger one that I originally wanted it wouldn't let me order that one either. I did and when I went to the check out to pay for it the message to me was that I had to many and that I would have to leave some out. I just dumped the whole thing and choose the smaller one instead!

I would give it four stars but colorpop didn’t let me use my 10% discount on my purchases
