Broke eyeshadow

Items arrived damaged and no communication back in regards to my emails. Poor quality products and customer service. I guess repeat customers are not a priority.

Slow delivery and not replying email at all. My parcel stuck at USA for a very long period of time(1month+), I have tried to contact the courier but the courier claimed that buyer required to request the seller to open investigation for this issue. Contacted colourpop customer service but did not reply email at all.

It’s been over a month since I ordered and I still haven’t received my order. The order was placed on January 28th.

Worst customer service. Took 3 weeks for my order to get delivered. Shadows arrived broken. They resent replacements. Those arrived broken. Was able to get reimbursed however the whole process was a one month ordeal.

I ordered the full animal crossing bundle. First off, the products are really tiny and arrive in a huge box.... I had them shipped from US to UK and most was broken on arrival - probably because the box was too big with loads of space to move around. The eyeshadow pallets state not for use of the eye? But are clearly used as eyeshadows on their website/social media I tried to reach out on Twitter for help but had no joy.

Shadow was broken when it arrived and they didn’t offer a refund or replacement. The shadow itself is very powdery and the glitters have way too much fallout. They’re cute palettes but not worth it, save your money!!!
