Got the Anna Frozen palette collection and love it.

Great products but almost all of them arrived broken. Thankfully I can still use them but they definitely don't look nice.

My initial order was shipped very late whereas another order I made during the Black Friday sale was shipped in only two days. The customer service responded to me that some orders shipments can be delayed during the holiday but I was not convinced by this response. I hoped I received a compensation since I heard when your order gets delayed, they offer you something to make amend.

I love the product however one of my oil spilled in transit and i received a $10 credit. when i tried to use the credit all other sale items went back to regular price. Even after me contacting them saying that it's not like i was using a coupon code that a product had spilled upon travel. The still wouldn't honor the last chance sale! Not really a great value since i didn't have my oil that spilled and i also didn't get anything on sale

Two eyeshadow plates were damaged when they received the goods.

I love the matte colors especially how long lasting they are.

Loved the purchase, I felt I got great value too ! However shipping took forever !!!
