I used to love Colourpop and would have given 5 stars in the past. However, they are constantly discontinuing products that I love. There are not enough deep colors for dark pigmented consumers, especially for warm undertones. There are not a lot of deep maroon, purples and reddish brown lipsticks and eye shadows. Not too keen on their current color selection.

i have order items from your sites many times now., I made mistake and double order items and i immidetaly sent email and fix it and you guys ask me to change the order to other ine and i did right away but it wasnt able to fix cuz you guys said its already mailed out. then why you guys asked me to change order and plus., the mail taken times. I know i live in Japan and knows it taken times but sometimes its takes maybe 10 days and sometimes takes 3weeks., thats big diffrence., why is that diffrence? it wasnt sale season i think. you should gimme me the discount ticket or do something sometimes.

Good products, not excellent, but good for the price. The company comes out with new palettes and items almost every four days, but it seems like many palettes have repeat shades or too close shadows and themes. More than anything, it’s convenient and cheap, but the lack of a return option doesn’t sit well with me especially when not all the products are available in store, like at Ulta, where they can be swatched. Colourpop is very hyped on social media and YouTube, but all the money spent sending out huge PR packages with entire sets could go towards having a return or exchange department. Or perhaps having a partnership with a retailer where all things launched can be in a brick and mortar location, making accurate purchases possible. I’ve purchased multiple items that I wish I could have swatched before purchasing or exchanged for the right color or returned because it was a big let down. Overall, quality is good and the company is good, but there is tons of room to improve.

This is a review of my online shopping experience at Colourpop. At the start of shopping, the site was telling me that $30+ gets me free shipping. After putting a little over $30 items in my cart, I then was told that I needed $50 to get the free shipping deal. I had to go hunting offsite for a coupon code to recapture the initial "free shipping on $30+" deal. Such a bother.

I just purchased for the first time, and the coupon code I received for my first order did not work! So not happy with that! Hopefully the product will be good!!

I love the products and the price point but not the shipping. It typically takes 2-3 weeks to get an order after placing it. I'm not expecting Amazon Prime level shipping, but something more reasonable. I really wish that more products were available through Ulta as their shipping time is less than a week.

Honestly I LOVE colourpop! I think the quality is 5 stars! My complaint is that it always takes FOREVER for shipping. I don’t understand why it takes so long every time! Wish they would fix that!

I’m usually 5-stars when it comes to ColourPop but i was unsatisfied with the installment pay methods! It didn’t work for me and it would’ve helped a lot if I was able to pay in installments. But overall i love the brand but that left me a little disappointed.
