they give no free samples to you,i bought six eyeshadow palettes so wasn't happy about that.The colors aren't bad especially bluemoon,licac you a lot,its my pleasure, huh,yellow,main squeeze,just my luck,ohlala...

Disappointed in the Disney line

I’ve ordered from colourpop 3 times. The second time, they sent me the wrong order. But they were nice enough to resend me my correct order while also letting me keep what they had accidentally sent me. Now, I was pretty upset when I saw that they had messed up my order. But I was also quite confused by this because apparently this happens quite often with colourpop. Just be careful when ordering. Make sure to use PayPal so that if anything happens and they don’t send you the right order you can get your money back by opening up a case. Better safe than sorry. Either way, I’m just glad I got my order. They’re definitely losing a lot of money tho, letting me keep the wrong order. They accidentally sent me $50 worth of pallets when I only ordered one pallet and a single eyeshadow. (Worth less than $20) They're losing money if you ask me. But that’s none of my business. *sips tea*

There was no option to use Afterpay. Very dissapointed.

I think offer sample package for your foundation would help alot of people when choosing a shade first, and maybe think of a return policy because If a foundation shade is incorrect or the forth ray products break the skin out a solution is offered

Please offer free shipping for all orders once in a while. I do make some savings to get my favorite products but I sometimes do not have $30 to spend in products or I do not need $30 of worth in products and I can afford to pay shipping
