This company is a complete rip off.
I ordered my items. My items were paid for immediately. It was TWO weeks before they shipped. When I sent SEVERAL emails asking where my items were, I kept being told 3-5 business days. I got a confirmation that my item had shipped- But upon further review, a label had just been sent over. It sat for another 2 days before it was picked up/shipped out. The makeup came from California, 8 hours away from me. It takes ONE day for me to get there, why did it take over 2 weeks to get my items? 1- they weren't put in the mail when they said they were. 2- Customer service continued to lie to me about my order- ie- "its been shipped!" When in fact, it just SAT around for 2 days. 3- The box clearly says UNIT B, there is 3 houses in front of each other- it was left at UNIT A. If my neighbors weren't good people, I would be here asking for a refund due to misdelivery and I am sure that would have been even more of a nightmare. 4- Your makeup isn't even that good. It's very overpriced for the quality. 5- You sent me a coupon to "make up for my bad experience" you sent me the coupon 2 days before it expired. It should never expire, not that I will be using it. I have blocked your page on FB, Unsubscribed from all emails and I will absolutely never buy anything from this company again. Worst customer service ever, would give zero stars if I could.
