Everything I’ve ordered from Colourpop arrived quickly and seems to be good quality. The only issue with my order was that a lot of the single eyeshadows I ordered look slightly different in color than they do online. I wanted to build a mostly cool palette, but the colors I received look much warmer than they do online. I was a little disappointed as I already have so many warm toned eyeshadows. Hopefully I will still get use out of them.

I love ordering from Colourpop and their products are awesome! Even when I did have a damaged product once, they sent me another one for free and a brush along with it. The only thing that sucks is that shipping for Canada is so expensive and even to meet the free shipping requirement is too much:(

I love the brand and have made almost 50 orders from Colourpop over the years. But I feel bad when Colourpop don't send lost orders to their loyal international customers and just send a coupon instead.

International shipping plus tax makes buying from colourpop very expensive for Australians, which is a shame because with cheaper shipping I would buy from here so much more frequently

As far as online shopping, I finally figured out how to get the 20% site wide discount notes on the email advertisement I received. Would ha e loved to use the 10% off that I got for allowing emails but that was not allowed. Hopefully the only emails I receive will be due to product order and shipment of product. I hate getting and email a day from a place or even more. As far as product,I only ordered it yesterday, so it didn’t come in the mail today so unable to comment

Had my birthday coupon to use on the last day. There was also a 20% sale going on but you can’t use your coupon when there’s a sale going on. It wasn’t like it was any coupon, it was for my birthday. That doesn’t make any sense at all. You only have a few days in which you can use it anyway, but if there’s a sale it’s considered null and void.
