Never received my product

My shadows were damaged, I asked for a refund, and it took someone almost two weeks to respond to me. I did not get my refund but got new shadows sent to me that I have no use for. Bad customer service, not the best quality makeup either. I would still like a refund for my order.

I received my super shock broken, was sent replacement only for that to be broken too. It took a week just to get a response the first time.

Contacted a week ago about a product that had come broken no email response back I don’t know if I will be refunded or replaced despite chasing up multiple times on Facebook and promised a response - disgusted

i'm so disapointing I was waiting for this commend for so long ... Then it came and , wrong blush. So I try to contact them but never got a return or an answer , I paid 60 dollars for 3 article and one is wrong... Ty ColourPop!

I received a palette from Colourpop a month or so ago and it came with one of the shadows completely broken. I submitted a complaint and finally got a response over a week later saying that they would send me a new palette. After waiting a couple more weeks, the replacement palette arrived and, to my surprise, also had a broken shadow. I seriously doubt I will buy from this company ever again, which saddens me since I really liked the company before this experience.

I recently purchased the Animal Crossing Lip Crayon set. All the crayons smelled great and really fragrant of the fruit they were based on, except the peach, which is the entire reason I purchased the set. I reached out to Colourpop to inquire about the lack of smell in the peach lip crayon, they responded basically saying that their manufacturing process is not consistent, I asked for an exchange or replacement because I clearly got a bad batch and they refused. Really bad customer service in my opinion, I won't be purchasing from them again and buyer beware of the inconsistency of their products!

While I like the products, two things came damaged and no one answers emails. They them reached out through Instagram to once again ignore my emails. EDIT* they finally reached out and sent me my product and when the damaged product was sold out they gave me a credit. I do like the company and have gotten other products there no problem.
