Great products ,fast shipping, great website

loved the eyeliner its a new favorite could care less about the mascara but it's ok

The products were great shiny smooth and lushness. The only reason I don't give a 5 star is the delay in delivery (nothing to do with virus. I ordered end of Jan beginning of Feb) . They did keep me informed and updated occasionally. They also gave me a free gift which was nice. I do love the fact that they take all the taxes at payment for an international customer like myself. It meant that the items were delivered directly to me.

Some of the best makeup, and the price is always fantastic! I have so many Colourpop products. The only one I won't be getting more of it the lippie stix as they went bad way too quickly. I just got a nice haul. I'm already building my list for the next one! I only wish that they would make more products available for ULTA. If you have an issue email Colourpop, and they will make it right for you.

I ordered 2 palettes and two brushes. Everything came pretty well packed and the palettes are gorgeous, but one of the tins in my eyeshadow palette has a chunk missing out of it. Of course, it was the one that I was looking forward most to using. I contacted customer support to see if there was a way I could order a new one, and unfortunately it's not one that is sold individually. Super sad because I love the shadows!

It was a very smooth experience. I ordered a couple of lipsticks and received them nicely packed in a few days

Colors were great, quality was not quite as high as expected. Lip colors were a littel dry and not all colors applied nicely. But the ones that did were great!
