I have ordered from Colourpop twice now and whilst I love their products, my first order was someone else's completely and the second order missed one of my ordered products. Both of which is very disappointing but im hopeful that my third order (as of yesterday) will be my order and have all my products in it!

So I love colourpop I really do BUT their eyeshadows tend to break during shipment. They don’t even offer a refund. They just tell you to “press the shadow “. I would rate them 5 starts if they had better customer service. They also take a million years to ship.

colourpop has great formulas in their eyeshadows and lip products. However, the turn around time for shipping in past experience had been horrible. For a cosmetic company who makes and ships their products from one facility, there should be no excuse why it takes two weeks or more for customers to receive their items. I’ve received cosmetics from outside the U.S faster. My past experience with customer service, although they have always responded quickly to my inquiries, I felt that my concern for the slow turn around time with shipping, has fallen on deaf ears every time.

Please stop discontinuing good products lol. I always wanted to try the supernova shadows but they’re just gone. my favourite shades of the So Juicy lipgloss are gone. Please stop discontinuing everything in favour of having 200 launches a year.

Did not receive the product yet. It was supposed to arrive in 5-7 business day, but its been 13 days already.

Girlfriend loved the products, but I didn’t get the 10% discount promised with signing up for the news letter, which is pretty annoying since it’s so blatantly advertised.

It took over 2 weeks just to post my order, even it says 2-3 days. There has not been any update as why there’s been such a delay in shipping not any apologies. Almost 4 weeks to get the order.

The makeup is just ok not great it lasted about 2 hours before it started to separate and look blotchy
