Worst eye palette I have ever used

I never got my items that I have ordered.

Please be wary of buying items on sale as they will still declare the full price on the customs declaration form. You will need to pay for customs fee and Colourpop doesn't care if you paid less than what they are declaring.

My package arrived in 2 months, and the cardboard was all wet

Very bad service and until now I haven't received my order. I want a refund. No one is helping me to solve this issue.

Products were not great and the amount is so small that you get. Cute packaging though.

The customer service is virtually non existence and it’s frustrating. I was excited for the animal crossing collaboration to come out after watching so many YouTube reviews on it. However after I placed the order, it took weeks for it to come in. When I did get it, the animal Crossing bundle I ordered didn’t come in the box and it was missing one of the lip tint set. I emailed customer service right away about my issue. It took them a week to respond back, and it was a generic automated response. All they did was give me a $5 credit. The bundle was over $150 for the complete set, with missing items it is no longer a set. I sent them another email because I wanted to talk to someone. It’s been two weeks and I still haven’t heard back. I used to love this company, I’ve had bad experiences before but the prices are so inexpensive I put up with it. After this one I will no longer support them since they clearly do nothing care about their clients
