I feel like every other company I order from usually sends out a confirmation of payment and is able to get the item shipped out within that day or the next day. If you guys want to stay in the game with all of this new product you are pushing you should definitely work on that first. I’m losing my excitement for the items already
Nice Product...No G.
I love the product, that's why I continue to purchase. But I'm very disappointed that I didn't receive a gift that was promised with a previous purchase that I ordered. When I asked about it I got no response.

The mobile version of the website is lacking. You should be able to zoom and see higher def pictures to show off the colors and the cart on the mobile phone is difficult to manipulate. I would have to click about fifteen different spots in the cart to delete a product while I was narrowing down my decision.

Products are good. One shadow came broken. Took a while to ship even though it’s in the states.

the product is quite good but something with more detailed are not so perfectly. I hope that it really can make some improvements!

I love your products. And the prices. Dont mind that colorurpop come out with new things every week. What I do mind is that 1/3 of the palette is not usable. Because of the glitters. I really wish the Colourpop would stop trying to make us blind.

I wish their numbering system for their foundations and concealers were the same all across the board. It’s difficult shopping online when everything is labeled with different numbers and letters. It would also be nice if every product had images of what the item looks like on various skin tones and lips to get an idea of what you’re purchasing.

Great store! Beautiful products, high quality! But... What happens in the last two months with delivery to Russia? Parcels get stuck in Los Angeles or San Francisco or are returned to the sender! And now my order is stuck in Los Angeles. The last movement on track-number 5 November. Most likely, the order was lost. I no longer have the desire to make orders in this store because of such USPS work(((((((
