Things arrived later than expected and 4 of the 6 items were damaged and unusable

My order never came home, I usually order a lot of things online, and I'm used to waiting long periods of time for delivery, but for this order, it seemed to me that it had already been too long, so when I checked my email and the number Following up, I realize that my order was "delivered" in December, but it is not true, since due to the covid-19 contingency, I work at home and do not leave home, and the makeup I ordered was never delivered. I had previously contacted you, but my email was never answered. I have tried to place my order again, but the items I bought are no longer for sale.

The eyeshadow (in harmony) was on SALE!!!! NO coupon was used for eyeshadow!!! Does something on SALE suddenly not be on sale when you offer free shipping?!? According to your cs yes!!! This is my third order with issues going from your site to pay via PayPal. You might want to look into the issue. You have the absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever seen. This time I took screenshot for proof. Give me back my $3 this is some fraudulent Crap. PS your customer service is awful!!!!

First the package took two months to arrive to Spain,wich was okay, a bit longer than the last time I bought from them but it was okay. Then I opened the package and there were missing two of the items, I wrote them and send photos and they answered saying that the shipping was on the way (did they look at the photos? Don’t think so) I wrote them again asking to please send the items. And they sarcastically answered me that they wont send the items but they can give me “a courtesy partial refund” (actual words) If I close the paypal case. I am hoping that paypal sees all the photos and email screenshots so they can help me. What a shame behavior for such a big company.

Customer service haven’t responded to my request for a refund after I alerted them I still haven’t received my order from 2 months ago.

You sent me broken products and never resolved my issue. Garbage company. I’ll never purchase anything from you again.
