Overall the product was great. But charged for a "free gift". Was able to get a refund through customer service, but still had to reach out to customer service to get refunded for the gift.

Not sure when they changed the formula for their brow pencil but this new one ain’t it. Ion like it anymore

Bad costumer service,had to pay taxes and duties twice because the packages were labelled wrong.. so this was a very expensive experience

The super shock shadows and lip oils are amazing! But the matte shadows in the palette are virtually unusable. They’re impossible to blend :( but the shimmers and glitters are nice!

Poor international delivery option. I think you should reconsider how international packages are delivered and bypass the post office of the respective countries. Rather have private courier services handle the delivery door to door like the way other big companies do. My package has been sitting somewhere in my country for over 10 days now and there is no trace of it anywhere.

Gorgeous eyeshadows unbroken but the boxes came all crushed up , I purchased the bt21 collection to display and all the boxes were crushed up
