The make-up was really nice, but the tracking of the package didn't reach me by email, I had to open one of the first emails and check but a tracking came only a few days before arrival. And then I looked at the video reviews of this make-up box and I noticed that they all had a card with Bella and Edward depicting on it, but I didn't receive it :/

Customer service horrible. Sold my information and did not honor the discount promised. However, I’m very satisfied and excited about my makeup palette. Quality and colors are very nice

The eyebrow gel works well but mine came completely dry. I had to scape down several layers to get to any useable product.

I read so many great reviews about the eyeshadows, but I’m not impressed. It is not highly pigmented and takes so much to add color to my eyes.

The merchandise I really love it but the parcel service was the worst, I thougth that you have to see the best service when change to my country to the best quality of the shipping without open the package and don´t stole merchandaise.

Well… I think the website needs to be with real stock numbers, because I couldn’t get one of the orchid palettes, it has gorgeous colors. I got notified by email without a chance to get something else or maybe get like a chance to wait until they got it back in stock. The package got into my address without any scratches, all the products were intact.

The refund took 7 days. The mistake ruined my neices Christmas present. I’m really frustrated. The make up is fine, but I’m not sure how something like this happened. I think once a mistake happens, there needs to be a quicker way to make it right. Ordered pallet and pokekon go lip glass. Sent Winnie the Pooh.

I love Colourpop!! Their glitter gels are the best!! Hands down. Unfortunately, the amount of time that it took my items to ship, makes me reluctant to order from them again. It took a ridiculous amount of time for my items to ship out, with no communication about being held up.
