Pretty reliable though sometimes the individual circles of eyeshadows can shift within the palette, sometimes making it difficult to fix without damaging the eyeshadow. I would also hope to hear about the sailor moon restock, and would honestly recommend preorders because people have been scalping this line like crazy, which leaves a less supply for us that really want it.

The Sailor Moon palette was gorgeous, but I just had an issue with two shimmer eyeshadows. The were loose and crumbled. Maybe they needed to be pressed more??? :( I was just unlucky in that aspect but I love my bundle nevertheless. Colors were gorgeous. And I’m in love but I have an incomplete palette 😭😭😭

Quality of product and the packaging was perfect. However, the actual site kept crashing while I was trying to order and I was unable to get most of the products I wanted. I wish there would have been a pre-order option set up once things started selling out, like some other cosmetic companies do.

I usually order a lot of the same product (eg the eyebrow pencils) so that I don’t run out, can hit free shipping and don’t need to place frequent orders. It has been quite a while since the last time I ordered, I was disappointed to find out that the shade dope taupe has totally changed!!!!! Now I have 7 eyebrow pencils in a color that isn’t what I expected. Oh well.
