I kept getting kicked off of your website. After 4 times I quit & came back later. I finally got my order through.

Everything was really good, but when I clicked to complete my order, it didn’t finish the order due to my security code not being matched up (even though I had the right code), yet my card was charged. But when I did complete order a second time, it went through and I wasn’t charged twice (thank goodness). But it just freaked me out. Otherwise I’m really happy, and super excited to get my order !

The products are top notch, wonderful quality, great price. That being said, shipping is garbage, absolutely no updates on shipping, no confirmation on when they’re coming, and rarely are they ever with in the 3-5 days. If shipping was fixed this brand would be my favorite.

Products are fine. Just took a very long time to receive them.

Shipping can take a while and my mascara was dried out. But the pressed shadow and sss in Paradox are so pretty. And the so juicy gloss is a nice touch of subtle-ish color. I'm definitely interested in purchasing again especially in the super shock formula.

Love colourpop but your website needs work because it isn't very user friendly. Also I love Pearl Next door and couldn't find it on the website

They did not allow me to use my 10% coupon for signing up. It said it was good for $20 and over and my total was $26

I like these pencils and usually order about 6-8 of them but a couple of times I have gotten a couple that were broken. I’m trying them again so hopefully they work. Thank you
