Missing one QTY

Product arrived broken and they offered me a coupon that has covers the cost of the product but I had to pay almost $70 to get it to Canada and they won’t ship me a new one. I won’t be shopping with them again.

I received my order; a six pack of shadows and once I opened them up, there were 2 of the sets that had broken shadows in them. Disappointed as this was my first time ordering and had such high hopes, I sent an email to the site as you are told to do. I got the confirmation that my email would be responded to and ......... NOTHING. No response, no correction, no credit, nothing. Kind of a bad start to a relationship! I like the colors and actual products themselves and had considered ordering additional items, but if this is how customers service is handled, there is a lot to be desired!

Terrible service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. I never received my package and they no help from customer service. Order was placed January 31st now we’re mid-March! Ridiculous

Some of my items came broken and I contacted the colourpop team and n I never received ba message back. I love the brand but I'm so upset that nobody contacted me about my package!

Was no able to exchange my foundation due to incorrect color

I was really, really excited to order from colourpop after hearing such good things about the brand. I ordered for friends before and everything seemed to arrive without any problems. My first order for myself was their lunar new year’s palettes. Unfortunately, their system first lost my package before marking it as delivered. I wrote the team who told me to check with my post office and neighbors. After doing so, nothing turned up and when I consulted the team again, they simply reiterated their advice. I spent a fair chunk of money on those palettes and I haven’t received them to this day.

Never recieved my order. I contacted support and all they did was give me a $5 coupon with a purchase of something else and that coupon expired within a week. First time ordering from here, don't think I will again.
