ColourpopReviews of colourpop.com

I signed up for the 10% off first purchase with newsletter, what I didn’t find out til later is that it only applies if you buy it full price. While I understand that coupons cannot be combined in many circumstances, a first purchase is a first purchase, on sale or not. I hope what I ordered is worth it

delivery is too slow and on any message or not email be received by me

I love most of the colourpop products But the web site it terrible I don’t like that the shopping cart only saves what you add to it for a few hours And I don’t like that when I’m ready to check out I can’t see the entire shopping cart at once It would also be helpful if once the product was in the shopping cart you could click on it and it would then re direct you to the page to check out that product

I used to really love colour-pop, but over the years the quality of their product has declined and it's almost guaranteed that you'll receive a product that is lesser than great quality and or broken. Most often broken. It's so frustrating spending your money and having the product arrived dry, brittle, cracked, shattered and falling apart, or the wrong color in the wrong tube. I've even experienced a product replacement arriving also broken. As a consumer my advice to Colourpop would be to place it in stores instead of shipping it all over and having their product arrived broken or damaged. I'm also annoyed by product after product, palatte after palette being released and the new product looking like colors that already exist. Meanwhile the shades that everyone loves are discontinued. Please bring back the discontinued shades. The world does not need more neutral or warm palettes. I am colorpop's biggest fan. I endorse them everywhere I go. I wear nothing but Colourpop. these are just my observations and concerns. I don't know how many more shipments I can receive a broken product before I take my money and business elsewhere though. I've been a loyal customer of Colourpop since day one. We need fewer launches of repetitive shades and more product that's creative and fun like it used to be. Product quality has really decreased over the years. I can now rely on my product arriving broken or incorrect. I still have faith in Colourpop, I just want to see improvement.

Good experience, but I didn't receive my 10% discount for signing up for the email newsletter. :(

While the palettes are always beautiful, I have a lot of fallout with pretty much every shadow. Also, I ordered a palette for a friend for her birthday and there were no gift options for the shipment.

I like the make up and the prices allow me to try new products. I really like the pictures posted and how the make up is identified in the pictures with links to the pages. However, the regular shipping time is extremely long. Once I ordered allowing enough time for delivery so I'd have the products for an event. I got someone else's package and the pictures I needed to take to prove it were ridiculous. Why wasn't just the order number of the other order enough? After all that documentation needed for their mistake my order was finally shipped to me without expedited shipping. I asked for expedited shipping and was told that was not an option because I hadn't requested it for my initial order. If a retailer makes a mistake and sends the wrong package, then forces you to take pictures of the box just to get what you paid for the least the retailer can do is offer expedited shipping to make up for the inconvenience.

I got sent an incorrect color for my BYOP.
