My order never came, nobody from Colourpop ever responded to my complaint.

Had several broken palettes come in. They said theyll be fine. Took me 2 WEEKS to get replacement palettes. Wont be buying again.

They send broken products and do not respond to any emails or phone calls. Product are really not that great quality.

I reached out multiple times about my order that never even shipped. All I want is what paid for or even a response. I would ask for a refund but I used a gift card that has been discarded. I'm incredibly frustrated and feel like you stole from me.

The worst customer service! I wanted to use a promo code and coukd not dfind where to use it so I emailed them. No response. My order did not ship for 2 weeks. I emailed them to see when it would arrive. Again. No response

My order was not fulfilled. In fact your customer service reps insist my account is being used for fraudulent orders that I never placed and refused to help me. I tried to place an order and it was immediately cancelled. I tried again and got the same outcome. No one will tell me what’s happening and I’ve been emailing back and forth for a month. That’s fine. You don’t want my business? I just placed a $200 order with Morphe.

Product arrived broken. Broken glass and leaked product made the product unusable. Emailed customer service with pictures and proof and the day it was received and they responded it was "cosmetic damage" Had to throw the product away. Will never order again. After online searches, realized they provide no customer service for broke or damaged product. Buyer beware. Terrible customer service.
