My daughter ordered some of the animal crossing make up for my birthday and one of the eyeshadow compacts came broken. She emailed you and she was told that they would send a new one out right away. And then the next day they told her that they were out there was nothing they could do. The first promise should have come if you weren’t able to fulfill it!

I ORDERED TWO SET OF BROCHES AND RECEIVED ONLY ONE. AFTER A MONTH AND A HALF STILL WATTING FOR RESPONSE.

My order still hasn’t arrived even though it’s been more than a month since I placed my order. And it’s no where close to arriving. For context, I live in Malaysia. The parcel is still in US. Insane. Also customer service is unresponsive and hasn’t gotten back to me! I will never ever buy from colourpop again.
