I wish you would institute a time-effective way to contact customer service. I love Colourpop's products but your customer service sucks. Almost every response to every problem is met with a scripted answer and it takes forever to have a conversation if you can even get that far. Please provide a telephone number and real service soon. Shipping is also way too slow given the charge.

The products are amazing but the swatches of the products are not helpful at all. Some products don’t even have swatches and others don’t match the product whatsoever. This makes it very difficult to purchase. For complexion products such as concealer and foundation, a shade finder should be provided that compares colourpop products to other brands; this will ensure that the consumer gets the best match.

I wish Colourpop would find better options for international shipping. Maybe they could partner up with Fedex, so that international customers would be able to receive the orders sooner rather than the 1 to 3 months wait with USPS.

I clicked on the link to receive the 10% off coupon if I signed up for the newsletter. I did it so I can potentially save 10%. However, I never received the email, which led me to just give up and use no code. Then after my purchase I immediately receive a text that gives other people I would refer 15% off their purchase. It’s quite irritating because if I refer someone to buy from a specific company rather than another I expect that company to have the same interest in me as a consumer of theirs who could bring them more business. I know that my $67 dollar purchase doesn’t amount to the millions the company makes, but word-of-mouth can be the reason a business does well or bad in industry.

It’s impossible to find the right color foundation and concealer on the website. Stores like Ulta do not carry the newest items like the new skin tint...but there is a no return policy online which makes me not want to purchase many Colourpop items I’d like to try, as I can’t afford to purchase multiple colors and only use one.

Products are always awesome. Palettes are always pigmented, smoke show is no exception. My only qualm is the palette had a dent in the packaging.
