It was a very disappointed shopping experience. I bought 5 items but only received 4 in the package. I sent two emails to customer service asking about solutions, but never got any reply.

Received several damaged items, reached out to customer service twice and no response. My last order I’m ever placing on this site. Such a waste of money.

I was very disappointed, I was so excited when I ordered the valentines collection my blushes arrived and to my surprised they were unglued from the packing. I reach out to customer service it took over a week till I got a response back. I ended up getting a replacement which was great.. I waited for the new ones to arrive and it was the same thing. The blush pan was loose around the packing. Kinda disappointed in the quality.

Had an awful experience with Colourpop. Took over a month for my products to arrive. They didn’t “ship” my products until I emailed them around the 3 1/2 week mark and then my package didn’t move for 2 more weeks. Meanwhile, Colourpop continued to restock that specific line and release new collections. I will not order from Colourpop again.

Colorpop staff has been endlessly arguing with me after having received defective items that i cannot use in a crushed opened bubblemailer package. The response from the team took over 15 days initially and now, well over a month later i am still having issues getting a return label to get a refund. I am claiming the charge as fraud for violating my consumer rights and refusing to solve my issue. Please be wary, this company will say anything and everything in order to not assist you. They will copy and paste responses leaving you feeling a deep despair and longing for the DMV and city court as an escape to the torment of the smug sweatshop known as colorpop.

非常非常糟糕的一次购物体验，比起中国的网络购物公司比起来你们的服务真的特别差，首先在没有收到货的情况不允许退货退款这个规定就非常的不合理以及不公平！！属于强买强卖；其次，我的订单将近一个月都还没收到货，客服一点也没有帮忙解决问题，一直在让我自己去处理；最后也没有觉得你们的产品有多好，不会再回购了，总之这次购物体验感非常 非常差！！
