My package wasn’t delivered without any notification for a long time. When I emailed to service center, they said it’s on the way, but, suddenly, it’s cancelled. I re-emailed them to know what happened, and I didn’t get any answer until they solve this problem. Still I don’t know what happened during the delivery. When I asked before the order, they lied me. They said it will take maximum 2 weeks to get it, but, it took a month. Also, when I receive my order, the box condition was terrible, and some products are broken. I give up to get a refund because I’m sure it will take forever to contact with them. I got huge stress from this horrible service and I’ll never use it again.

I haven't recieved the products yet It's taking forever

I never recieved the products I ordered. They were lost in transit I suppose. But, I was refunded the money because I paid using PayPal.

I'm from Brazil and I always wanted to buy from colour pop, so in the beginning of 2021 I decided to order some makeup. It has been 3 weeks that my package is at my city, but it never arrives at my home. I have tried sending emails to colour pop but no ones awnser me. I still don't know what happened with my package. The worst part is that i spent a lot of money, since our coin (real) has been so devalued, and I don't know if I will even receive my order :/

Was missing one item. Emailed their customer service and got no response. Their Instagram team reached out to me after commenting on their post and said they’d be in touch once they got back into the office. That was about 3 weeks ago and no communication since then. First and only time I’ll be making a purchase from here.

They sent me the wrong order and they never answered my email...

Ordered my parcel Oct 2020 still have not received it. Courier informed me to contact ColourPop directly. I have contacted customer service several times and no response.

Received broken palette and tried to reach customer service on multiple occasions and received no message back. I have really enjoyed this brand in the past but after this I don’t think I’ll be repurchasing from them.
