With Apple Pay I couldn’t figure out…
With Apple Pay I couldn’t figure out where to put a promo code and in trying to figure it out I accidentally processed my order. Otherwise prices are fair and products lookpromising

lipsticks
I’ve purchased the Disney princess LUX lipstick and Disney villains LUX lipstick and I must say tho the shades were very pretty, and the formula being very smooth on the lips, the lipstick is very fragile in which it snaps easily. I’ve gone ahead and purchased the Frozen II LUX lipsticks. Hopefully with it being priced at a higher rate a piece than the former two, It is more durable than the Disney princess LUX lipstick which used to be priced at ($7) and the Disney villains LUX lipstick (purchased at $8).

I love Colourpop but frustrated
I recieve many direct emails from Colourpop. I very much appreciate the communication. However I recieved a 20% sitewide email and when I tried to click on it, it didnt show up. I went back to email and tried again and it again didnt show up. There is no customer service to call and get help with either. Very frustrating! I still made my purchase, just not happy about it.

Eyeliner issues
I loved the eyeshadow pallet that I bought, but honesty the eyeliner was a nightmare. It consistently transferred to my upper lid throughout the day. The first time I thought maybe I just needed to let it dry, so the 2nd time I literally used a hairdryer to get it to set. When I got to work, sure enough I had black streaks where it touched my upper eye. I cleaned it off, then 2 hours later it was there again. At the end of the day, same thing. I threw it away.

Signed up for 10% off first time order
Signed up for 10% off first time order. Received promo code good for 7 days and stated: “Valid on orders over $20 USD. One time use only. Cannot be combined with other offers. Exclusion apply.” Was surprised I couldn’t get the discount on a $24 palette, let alone a full order of $36. “Exclusions apply” I guess, but not a good start for a relationship with Colourpop, which now has my contact information.
