The glosses were sticky. The eyeshadows have major fall out. The blush is impossible to blend, no matter what I try. I don’t know what all the hype about this brand is because everything I bought was a disappointment. I’ve bought better products at the drug store.

I still haven’t received the parcel and it’s frustrating at this point

Products are fine, but customers service is... in fact where is it ? I received my products after a month, the parcel was very damaged so one of the item arrived broken. I wrote to Colour Pop and they just never respond... don't want to give money to an entreprise that just doesn't care of there customers...

Never got my purchase!!

Haven’t received my item after waiting nearly 3 months, email reply’s are getting nowhere. Expected better

Good product but. Bad customer service, sent 2 emails regarding my purchase and received no response.

I bought the Colour Me Pretty eyeliner collection and majority of my eyeliners were dried out, the eyeliner fell out of their pot, or they were discolored. I’ve tried reaching out to customer service two times over the past three weeks, and I still have yet to hear back. Very disappointed.

In the first package, which I ordered about two months ago, I was missing a rose gold illuminator and I filled out the online thing for missing products and never heard anything. Very Frustrating!
