I had quite a large order- and everything I received was wonderful... but I was missing The Daily Eyecream from my order. I reached out and customer service was prompt and understanding, but I still haven’t received it. This was over a month ago. (Yes I’m aware that shipments slow down prior to the warehouse shutting down due to Covid... But I’m fairly certain my order should have shipped out prior to that)

I love the products but the shipping time really needs work!! I waited WAY longer than I should have for the size of my order it was MASSIVE and I waited for almost a month and a half before shipping information even came and upon shipment they didn't even apologize for the delay. This was also before covid19 times so that wasn't a factor in the delay. The products are amazing and always are some of my favorites but at the same time they didn't even keep me updated while it took that long!!

So far, I like it a lot, aside from the foundation holding onto EVERYTHING, e.g., when eyeliner or mascara flake or smudge, it's very difficult to wipe off.

Très joli packaging, des couleurs bien pigmentées qui ont l'air de qualité, par contre je n'ai pas échappé aux frais de douane, pour 60euros de marchandises, j'ai eu 23euros de douane. Certes ce ne sont pas des articles que je rachèterais tous les 6 mois mais j'avoue que ça fait un peu mal même si on se prépare mentalement à les payer. Mais les produits restent très sympa et bien emballés
