Muy bellos colores, pensé que la paleta sería más grande pero están hermosos

it would be nice if all the lip gloss colors had sample lips to look at- hard to visualize what a smear of color would look like on a lip.

Colourpop is a great company, I love their products EXCEPT for the shipping and processing times. In the beginning when they were just starting out it was understandable but they’re a big company now, there’s absolutely I excuse for an order to take 2-3 weeks to get to you. It’s insane. That’s my biggest con when I place orders.

I didn’t receive my 10% off after signing up with my email disappointing

First time shopping at colourpop and at first I got the wrong order in the mail. Customer service was great got back to me quick but my original order took awhile to ship out. All the time together almost took a month to get my right order.

I ordered 3 small palettes from you and when I recieved them in the mail the blue moon palette had all fallen apart and was cracked and broken. Single shadows were upside down, the other two seemed fine but it was a little upsetting.

Une palette à 39€ : 9,90€ de frais de port et 21€ de douane. Ça perd l'intérêt d'une palette à moins de 40€. Et un des fards est arrivé tout écrasé.

I have been a huge fan of colourpop for over a year now. Not every color I try is for me but I do have a favorite. After my first purchase I started to buy several of my fav color in ultra matte lips at a time. I placed an order recently and opened the package the day it arrived and tried it immediately. I noticed it didn’t cover right so I figured ok it’s new I’ll try again tomorrow. Today I’m at work and it is rolling up on my lips like I put on too many layers. That isn’t the case. Idk what happened but this one is different. Maybe I need to shake it up?? It’s not even 9am and I’ve cleaned my lips and reapplied twice today already. I hope the other 3 I bought stay in place and are as reliable as my other purchases have been in the past.
