I order a lot of makeup from different brand companies and usually by 24 hours you receive a tracking number and an expected delivery date of when you should receive your order not colourpop . I ordered from colourpop a week ago and I still have not received a tracking number and I still have no idea when will my order will be shipped.

The supershock shadow I received was in horrible shape (Dream lover) it was the one I was most looking forward to, and it was dry, all messed up and cracked and then it looked like someone tried to smash it back down again, plus some of the shadow was on the OUTside of the container. I wrote customer service a week ago sending pictures, and STILL have not recieved a response.

The products I ordered came used and I’ve tried emailing customer service for a refund but no one will answer me. This kind of treatment makes me not want to suggest colourpop to anyone else.

First purchase will be my last. I received the wrong order. I sent emails with pics to ColourPop and never got a response, after 2weeks I went thru PayPal to resolve my issue. Then ColourPop said they would issue a refund after I returned the product at my expense. PayPal didn’t agree with me having to pay shipping and credited me the shipping cost. ColourPops customer service is horrible. 6 weeks later and I’m still waiting for my refund 😡

Very bad service I order twice from you and each time it takes over 2 months to deliver. And I didn't get my 2nd order yet. I will never ever order again from your website. I will never recommend you to anyone in fact I will publish this feedback to in all media's.
