The makeup I received is awesome but they forgot a 4 dollar item out of my order and apparently it takes multiple emails even with screenshots to resolve that issue. I was also told sending it to me would be delayed because they have orders in front of mine....ummmmm, it should have arrived in the first box. Not impressed by customer service at all.

Build your own palette I like the fact that you can customize a palette, which is what I did, but I chose to order today specifically because I saw on Instagram that they had free shipping today with a code. So I built my palette and added it to my cart. When I went to add the code for free shipping it said I could only use one promotion at a time. It was referring to my “build your own palette” as a promotion, which is ridiculous to me, why offer it if it’s considered a promotion. So I didn’t get to take advantage of the free shipping like I had hoped which was disappointing.
