Product came fairly quickly. Colour is amazing although struggle with glitter application due to brushes not picking it up. Love the packaging and colour names truly amazing.

One eyeshadow arrived broken

I love colourpop but the last time they shipped me my order they forgot an item (soft black brow pencil) and with this whole covid19 pandemic going on I didn't bother to ask for the item. Their products are amazing and I'm 95% never disappointed with them. I love their brow pencils, eyeshadows, skin care items, and their lip products. Their no filter concealer is so creamy and has lots of coverage. Only thing is shipping takes awhile but that's not a deal breaker.

I ordered a large delivery consisting of around 45 items, I love and use every single product i ordered on a daily basis. Including eyeshadows, face powders, highlighters, the brushes and blush. But i was also extremely excited to try the setting spray mist and it was missing in my order so i’m pretty disappointed about that

A couple shades broke a bit in shipping. I was able to repress them but they are VERY messy and loose. Maybe work on the 9 pan eyeshadow palettes packaging. Other than that I absolutely love the pigmentation and colors.

Every product I received was lovely. Colors blended well. The skin products are nice also. The lux lipstick lasts a long time. Packaged well. My only issue is the amount of time it took to arrive from when ordered. I believe it took a month to receive from time I ordered.

Only negative experience is how long it takes to prepare before it ships. Other than that, Great product!!
