I ordered two "At Forest Site" pallets for my teen daughter and myself for Christmas and was only sent one. After emailing multiple times asking for a refund or replacement I have still yet to hear back from ColourPop. This is very frustrating because I'm just out $20 now and the palette isn't even in stock anymore.

Although I love Colourpop makeup for the most part, especially for the price point - their customer service just sucks. It's becoming not worth it to order from them online. I'm only writing this poor review after my latest order (and many other small issues with previous orders in the last year)- most of my items ordered arrived fine - but for one concealer I ordered, they sent me the completely wrong shade/item (thought at first i had messed up, so of course went back and checked the receipt along with the packing slip and it was their error). Understand that this stuff happens, so went to the website and submitted an email asking them to remedy it (send me the correct one or refund me for the wrong one I rec'd as i have no use for it). NO response. After a week, sent an email again, stating the same. Again no response. One more email sent - gave that a week, and now writing this review. Just to be clear, at this time, i've contacted their customer service 3 separate occasions and received absolutely no response. The 6 dollar concealer isn't worth any more effort on my part - but I will think long and hard before ordering again from the Colourpop website. I'm sure they will try to respond to this review with "oh please contact us and we will make it right". Well i did, Colourpop. Don't have time to hold your hand and run a business for you.

I have not received my package yet. Your delivery company advised me that they are not able to track my item. I have sent multiple emails to your customer service to assist me with this but I have not received any response. It has been over a month at this point and I'm extremely disappointed with this. I genuinely love your products but this experience is so bad for me. Please assist to check and arrange a delivery for me the soonest
