I have typically purchased Colourpop for younger friends (under 30, whereas I'm almost 40) because that's their primary demographic, and they offer quality at a great price. I've purchased two palettes, one eyeshadow and one all pressed glitter, and two individual eyeshadows for myself. I was most impressed with the pressed glitter. My complaint that keeps me from using Colourpop as a go-to is their insanely slow fulfillment and shipping. I believe you can upgrade, but why? I think that's stingy. These are really nice products of which I'm sure they're doing massive volume. Step it up.

There was an error with my order, I actually received someone else's products. I emailed Colourpop and they were really nice! They told me they'd resend my order (with a coupon discount because one of the products is now out of stock and discontinued) + I get to keep the other order! I bought many times from Colourpop, this is the first time it happened to me. They always are comprehensive and so generous! The products are amazing too. Such a good human brand! They're not just machines running for profits. They really care about their customers. The shipping is fast (when not in pandemic crisis), lots of products!

They have great colors and the quality is really good. My only issue is their matte colors don't go on as smooth as the metallic and glitter colors. Other than that it's great company to order from. It's worth the money.

I really enjoy all the colours and different pallets you have. The prices are incredible. The variety of shadows in my pallet was wonderful. I find that they go on very well and stay for most of the day. The only thing i would like with my pallet would be a magnetic close. The shipping was within a decent time. Even to Japan.

I absolutely love the ability to customize your own palette and the fact that they shadows are magnetic so they can be moved around. The colors of the shadows are so bright and blendable and the palettes themselves adorable especially the fruit collections. My own problem is with the glitters that are unsafe for the eye, so why be eyeshadows? The glitters have also caused a reaction on my lids and face where my eyes became swollen and the skin peeled.

The colors are beautiful, saturated, and unique. They don’t disappoint for the price!

Ordered the Disney Princess Pallet ,which is stunning and blendable and a fantastic New addition and lip stick in shade Ariel and Belle (same princess pallet) Would've give 5 stars but my delivery got pushed back almost two weeks. Thanks for the awesome product!!!
