Products- some are hits (super shock shadows, regular shadows, no filter concealer) Some are missed (lipsticks, liquid liner) Customer service - none (emailed and tweeted that I received 2 out of 3 broken super shock shadows about a week ago and still haven’t heard back. Shipping - sloooow (about 7 business days)
