The process in ordering my animal crossing kindle was fantastic, however I reached out to colour pop a few weeks-a month ago Bc my bundle did not come in the specific animal crossing shipping box which is what I really was looking forward to, and colour pop still hasn’t reached back out to me since.

They did not treat me properly. From the beginning they should have offered to replace the package and not make me have so many bad times and have to come up with other measures so that my situation was resolved. I did not buy things again for fear of losing my money because there was an error or they would arrive in bad condition and then they would not want to change the product.

When i ordered i got sent the wrong products. it took weeks for them to reply to countless emails just to tell me that they aren’t going to send me what i actually ordered.

Liquid lip sticks r horrible, they dry out lips and a while of wearing it doesn't look good. The high lighter is good Eyeshadow are too soft and crumble fast.. Not worth it, I rather other brands at Target or Ulta. Its.all hype and then use fancy packaging that stand out, making it pretty for thief.

Sent me a faulty product . Wouldn’t send a new one at their cost . Wont be buying from them again.

I’ve got a couple of reactions from your products so it sucks that I can’t return them. I’m stuck with the products that’ll just go to waste. So I won’t be purchasing from the website anymore or in Ulta. Also the amount of launches y’all do is super overwhelming. The brand is cheap for a reason so I can’t really complain but I got asked for my opinion so there it is. Thank you.

I found a black curly hair in one of my eyeshadows and made contact immediately. It's been almost a month and I still haven't heard back. Serious concerns for their hygiene practices for the production line.

They sent me broken eyeshadow palettes. I reached out to get customer support 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything at all from them. I DMed them on Instagram and it was no help. Their customer service is the absolute worst.
